Duration

Every order is carefully packed and taken directly to the post office. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. The shipping time depends on your place of residence: Within Germany, your order should arrive within 3 to 4 working days, within the EU within 5 to 7 working days, outside the EU you should expect 10 to 14 days.

The shipping times stated are the standard delivery times estimated by our shipping partners. Public holidays, strikes, errors at the post office or in the address given, postal overload or unforeseeable events can delay delivery. Unfortunately, no guarantee can therefore be given for a specific delivery date.

We currently ship within Germany and the EU, as well as to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Australia, Canada and the United States.

Costs

Whoop Whoop: If your order is worth 35 euros or more, we will cover the shipping costs for you. For orders with a lower value, we otherwise charge a shipping fee of three euros within Germany, five euros within the European Union and seven euros to the USA, Canada and Australia.

PAYMENT options

We currently offer the following payment options: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. This is how payment works:

Payment by credit card: If you select this payment method, simply enter your credit card details in the relevant fields and the transaction will be processed securely via Stripe. As soon as you have entered your details, you can finalise your order by clicking the 'Order now' button. Immediately after your successful order, you will receive an order confirmation from us.

Payment via Paypal: If you select this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal in the next step. There you can log into your PayPal account or open a new PayPal account and authorise the payment. As soon as you have entered and confirmed your payment details, you can finalise the order by clicking the 'Pay now' button. You will be redirected back to our shop for the order confirmation.
